When replacing the oil filter housing gasket, it’s common to find significant corrosion and debris in the engine valley and on the housing itself. This kit is designed to temporarily block the oil galleries, preventing contamination from entering the engine during cleaning and preparation.
The kit includes:
- Oil filter housing block-off plate
- Oil filter housing-to-pipe block-off plate
- Oil filter pipe block-off plate
- Small screw/bung to seal the oil pressure sensor port
